Custom Designed and Fabrication
Two Rivers Glass and Door has been involved in
some very unique projects which included
the design, fabrication and installation of a one of a kind undertaking. Two Rivers Glass and Door is
able to assist you in your design with different types of glass and
material that is available. Two Rivers Glass and Door is able to do
different types of custom fabrication from curved glass and metal,
specialty glass, custom aluminum pieces, shapes and finishes.
Below are just a few of the projects we have completed.
The projects range from ones architects were fully involved in the design
to ones that were total design by our own staff.
The frame to the left is a curtain wall framing with large glass and compound miter angles to make the peak.
This frame goes from the finish floor to the ceiling with out any additional support.
The frame to the right is a bent glass and aluminum curtain wall framing.
The column pieces are made form 1/4" aluminum that is
bent to follow the radius of the window frame.
All the vision glass is a bronze tint with a high performance low-e coating.
Some of the glass is a spandrel glass.
This dome is a structure that was assembled on the ground and lifted to the roof top were is was attached.
The dome is made from bent aluminum tubes that is covered with a pentaglas product that is a green tint.
This glass is a Solarcooled Azurlite reflective glass
glazed into a Curtain wall framing with
a translucent logo of Dahl's Foods.
The two units to the right and the one furthest to the left are made
from Polygal plastic and attached to a steel
framework with aluminum bar stock over the edges.
