Solarcool ® Azurlite ® is a tinted reflective glass with a visually stunning deep ocean green
colour incorporating a hard (pyrolytic) coating which is able to withstand years of
regular cleaning and maintenance without deterioration of the surface.
For external glazing applications, Solarcool Azurlite should be glazed
with the reflective surface to the inside thereby causing less reflectance to the outside.
Solarcool Azurlite is ideal for beach front apartments or pool side settings to enhance
the natural surroundings and bring out the best results for that type of environment.
As with all solar control products, a thermal safety assessment is recommended to
assess the need for heat strengthened or toughened products to avoid thermal fracture of the glass.
